3. Sample Training Design

This design details a 90-120 minute training session using the instrument. The design focuses on helping people talk with each other about their ethical values in the workplace and guides them in how to discuss their ethical differences.

We have been able to categorize four major types of differences which arise in ethical discussions; and have developed alternative strategies and tactics to help in discussing and possibly resolving such differences.

We have found this session to be most valuable either as a stand alone session or as the introductory exercise in a longer ethics course/workshop.

4. Further Applications of the PBEI

B. Discussing Broader Business Ethics Issues
