Joseph M. Arceri

- Mr. Arceri has
been a consultant/trainer in the area of management and organization
development for twenty-five years. He has designed and conducted
customized programs for both the public and private sectors.
In addition, he has extensive experience in the design and installation
of performance appraisal and corporate training and development
systems, and in organizational re-design, QWL, and Productivity
Improvement Programs. He is co-author of two books on adult education
and productivity, respectively, as well as co-author of The Praxis
Business Ethics Inventory.

Henry D. Kass

- Dr. Kass has
been a consultant in the areas of Human Resource Management,
Personnel, Management, and Organizational Development for over
twenty years. He has designed and installed Personnel Selection
Systems, Performance Appraisal Systems, and Assessment Centers.
He is a Senior Associate with Praxis Consulting Group and also
teaches Personnel, Organizational Theory, and Management to practicing
graduate business and public managers at Portland State University,Portland,
OR. Dr. Kass is also series book editor for Sage Publications.

J. Edwin Hollingworth

- Over the last
twenty-six years, Mr. Hollingworth has helped design or critiqued
over fifteen thousand briefings and trained over five thousand
individuals in oral and written communication skills. He has
published extensively in the areas of oral presentations, expository
writing, and organizational communications. He is a Senior Associate
with Praxis Consulting Group and also is the Co-Director of Business
and Org. Communication at Emerson College.
